Many students at NHS take pride in their school by showing off school colors and taking part in fun activities. During the week before Winter Formal there are days like Mathletes vs. Athletes day, Blues vs. Cardinals day and the traditional Blue and White day.

Students get very excited and go all out with face paint, bead necklaces, and just wearing as much blue and white as they can find. This year the boys wore white and the girls wore blue. We captured many of these students dressed up and ready before the pep assembly and during the pep assembly.

During the pep assembly many clubs and sports took part in getting students excited. Performers included NHS Cheerleaders, NHS Lionettes, the boy cheerleaders, Show Choir, Choir, and the boy cheerleaders. Girls filled the left side of the gym and they boys filled the right.

Judges included several teachers who determined if the boys or the girls would win. Of course the girls won again this year with high pitched voices and determination!
